North Tonawanda, New YorkCriminal/Civil CaseNow this case is just asinine. I was pulled over for accidentally going through a stop sign. Officer Kam was a little uppity (like a lot of police officers can be…it’s a matter of trying to assert authority). The problem in this case is based on my second trial where my rights were blatantly being ignored in favor of vanity; hence wasting my time under the pretense that I’m somehow responsible for the rental company not doing their job properly…I actually obtained a free copy of the United States Constitution from Hillsdale College and read through it a number of times.
Traffic citations are no different than mask and vaccine mandates where the pretense of public health and safety was utilized to give the government control over the rights of the people…something I was adamantly against during COVID and thought was unconstitutional based exclusively on just knowing the 1st amendment in and of itself. So now, when I caused no harm to person or property, the state thinks they have the authority to suppress my rights in favor of their vanity? I read through the United States Constitution a number of times, and likewise posted on my TikTok my “struggle” with the prior trial; which then connected me to state nationals and sovereign citizens. Keep in mind that my argument was already asserted a number of times; in places of employment as well as in the court of law; so what they had to say was just supplemental to my rights which is what I’ve already been asserting. There is nowhere in the US Constitution that it stipulates rights can be taken away under the pretense of public health and safety. As such, knowing my rights, and having asserted my rights in various dynamics…I thought it was a no brainer situation that LAW ENFORCEMENT would ENFORE their OATH OF OFFICE to the CONSTITUTION of BOTH the UNITED STATES as well as NEW YORK STATE, as to do otherwise is an act of TREASON; with those assisting being likewise guilty of MISPRISION OF TREASON. Then we have DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW as well as CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS…both of which are handled by the FBI currently. Not to mention, in my dynamic as a Messianic Jew, it’s likewise HATE CRIMES…and somehow they’re LAW ENFORCEMENT when they are violating the peace, welfare, safety, and health of the citizens of the state by violating their civil rights.
