The sons of Cush:
Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, Sebtecha, and Nimrod (Genesis 10:7,8)
The children of Mizraim:
Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim, Pathrusim, Calsluhim (out of where came Philistim), and Caphtorim. (Genesis 10:13, 14)
The children of Canaan:
Sidon (1st born), Heth, the Jebusite, the Amorite, the Girgasite, the Hivite, the Arkite, the Sinite, the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: "afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad". (Genesis 10:15-18)

The children of Aram:
Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash. (Genesis 10:23)
The child of Arphaxad:
Salah (Genesis 10:24)
Arphaxad was 35 years old when he begat Salah.  (Genesis 11:12)
Arphaxad lived 403 years after he begat Salah (438 years), and begat sons and daughters.  (Genesis 11:13)
The age of the earth when Salah was born was 1701 years. (Genesis 1:24-31, 5:3,6,9,12,15,18,21,25,28, 7:6,11, 9:28, 29, 11:12)
