Pa. 321, 172 A. 139, 140. Implies a judicial determination
of a fact, and the entry of a judgment. Department of
Banking v. Hedges, 136 Neb. 382, 286 N.W. 277, 283. Does
not mean the same as deemed contra, under statute,
State v. District Court, 64 Mont. 181, 208 P. 952, 955.
