I’m asking to place charges myself and the procedure to follow to press charges, I’m also placing FOIA requests for body cam footage, and my initial email was an affidavit of fact.

Good afternoon Jennifer,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, however I’d like the names and badge numbers for all officers involved in my arrest/kidnapping for asserting my 1st amendment rights yesterday which, per the constitution, are inalienable and provide me literal immunity from state prosecution. Given the infractions did not cause harm and that I follow YAHWEH’s laws (not recognizing secular law/authority which is within my 1st amendment right to do so), then there was no right to sue me and the police officers involved, acting in accordance to the 10th amendment, neglected the very fact that my 1st amendment right is inalienable, the 10th amendment states “to the state OR the people” which means they were acting out of their jurisdiction, and per the 14th amendment; clearly didn’t recognize my constitutional immunity hence violating to uphold their oath of office to the constitution.
Each infraction per officer can be litigated for $10,000 for each offense, and given I asserted my constitutional rights from the very beginning; they have no immunity.
Likewise, I’d like the details on how I can file charges against them for kidnapping (false arrest acting under the color of law), theft (impounding a rental vehicle which likewise is going to cause a substantial amount in damages, and likewise limited my ability to contact anybody for help given my possessions (which included my phones etc) were left in the vehicle and I was not able to access them until the morning when a manager arrived at the impound.
I was forced to live like a vagrant with no sleep in North Tonawanda with barely any access to a phone and/or internet (I’m very appreciative of those business and individuals that did provide some assistance). I still haven’t slept and I’m still in north Tonawanda as I was given the impression by the rental company that they would be able to retrieve the vehicle today and give me back possession; however that’s not the case.
I did call 911 and identified myself including my “legal” name (as written on my drivers license) which doesn’t actually have my actual name “Obadyah” (which doesn’t have any “legal” requirement to be changed given its part of my 1st amendment right). The citations are made out in my “legal” (license) name, and hence aren’t made out to me. 911 ignored the call as the lieutenant was sent to the scene, and despite me asserting my first amendment right (or constitutional rights in general which he refused to listen to acting under the color of law), he then proceeded to enter the vehicle unlawfully with the assistance of other officers on scene, remove me by force from the vehicle (assault), violate my 4th amendment right (illegal search and seizure) by examining my pockets, and then kidnapped me.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for the executive branch to act authorization and mitigate their oath to the constitution.
As such, I’d also like to place a formal request for any footage (body cam if available), along with their respective oaths of offices and bonding information.
