Subject: CR-02512-23 - Psych Eval information
Good morning Jennifer;
1. Given I was deemed “incompetent” despite me exercising my constitutional rights which even the federal division of civil rights deemed illegal in regards to prohibiting religious activities and hate crimes; I would like a copy of the records provided to court that deemed me incompetent in case I want to vacate the court order. Personally I’m looking forward to messing with the psychiatrist, maybe dress up in a tutu and dance like Jim Carey in Ace Ventura; but regardless…I’d like that information.
2.). Given the charges were dismissed, does that mean that my record was expunged (ie the arrest record)? Technically arresting me was a violation of due process (14th amendment), and given I was asserting my right; what they did was a crime under Miller vs United States…a right can’t be converted into a crime. Since there are no criminal charges, though, I guess it zeros out leaving only the question of my criminal record. I want to make sure that gets expunged if anything was put on it.
3.). I still deem the court order unconstitutional, and as such, technically I don’t have to obey it. I, however, being an avid lover of psychological thrillers and noting how psychiatry etc is utilized to demerit Christians; I have no problem speaking to them to help them understand their misconceptions. I’m constantly going up against people that try to utilize psychological principles online to demerit me, however I utilize actual undeniable facts to validate my position whereas they utilize conjecture and the pretense of science.
