Ok, thanks.
Keep in mind that the 1st amendment separates the church and the state, where the church is the people, not a place. As a messianic Jew where YahShua was a Jew that proclaimed “salvation is of the Jews” per John 4:22 with Romans 2 clarifying that a Jew isn’t one by heredity, but by obedience to the Torah (10 commandments) which neither modern Christians nor Orthodox Jews follow; I’m well within my rights to be disrespectful as it’s written “to have respect to persons is to commit sin”. Likewise, we live in a constitutional republic…not a democracy. My civil rights aren’t privileges that can be revoked by any branch of government up to and including the Supreme Court.
Not even the POTUS per that 1st amendment has authority over me given it wouldn’t be a separation if they did. No law means no law. My uncle prior to passing was the 1st sergeant military police whom went to Vietnam, Irag etc, retired, and went back over as a civilian contractor saving many lives in process until he was forced to stop after having a heart attack. I take my rights very seriously; it’s something he and many others in my family fought to protect.
To violate a civil right is an impeachable offense, and likewise a violation of the 14th amendment making the person that don’t want to uphold their oath to the constitution insurrectionists ineligible to hold public office.
If that concerns you, as a former contractor for the US Department of veterans Affairs; they were told likewise when I went through the 7 year background check for my security clearance of high security public trust. My manager likewise violated the 1964 and 1968 civil rights acts when she, and the HR department, tried to “scare” me into not using my vacation time during the Holy Days while trying to cite that it would cause a hardship on the company despite being informed of my vacation months in advance. I took off anyway without incident, although they tried to cite me for poor attendance which was inaccurate to try to have some level of control over me. No doubt a reason why she tried to have side meetings with me prior to my shift in the morning as I was logging in to delay me from logging in so she could try to make that argument, and likewise how she argued relentlessly and threatened me with HR when I refused to modify my time sheet when the federal standard for call center workers is they clock in when they initiate the login process on the computer; not after they’ve logged into everything…I beat her at that game too.
I’m not saying this to invoke an emotional alienated response, but rather to state clearly that there’s a lot of civil rights that get violated daily under the pretense of knowledge when the reality is quite to the contrary.
Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury, and likewise I don’t call December the 12th month when it literally means the 10th. I went to college for engineering; I can debunk evolution theory and the Big Bang theory on purely scientific principles. Likewise my ex girlfriend went to Cornell university where they’re taught in biology that Christianity is racist; despite the reality that it’s about equality on all levels (there’s no Jew, gentile, male nor female…). Put it into perspective that YahShua was a “black” Jew…and you can see where the hatred comes from.
I’m a former member of the Apostolic Rock Temple of the living Elohiym with employers in the area likewise violating my civil rights and trying to manipulate the circumstances to their favor; terminating my employment under false pretenses which is unlawful…even if employment is at will. I’m no longer a member because the 10 commandments apply equally to everybody, including the pastor (Paqad in this case), where he stated clearly “only a black man can understand the 10 commandments”…when I called out some of the “brothers” for breaking commandments. There’s too much ego and pride in people. James 2 clarifies my position as he was trying to proclaim I was being disrespectful by refusing to adhere to his dress code when it clarifies there to have respect to persons is to commit sin and in particular that if favor is shown to people that wear goodly apparel, then they’re in violation of the royal law (10 commandments). I used this position during my interview for my security clearance too showing how employment practices such as a call center discriminates against poor people when they implement a dress code. I mention this also partly due to a judge in the Niagara Falls area trying to implement a dress code for court, forcing people to sit outside the court room if they were wearing shorts on a hot summer day…go figure. Public servants serve the public, not themselves.
I’ve been to traffic court where I cited my first amendment rights which got ignored, and paid the fine. If I wanted to, I could have had him removed from his position, but I believe in unconditional love and turning the other check…likewise I never pursued any matter legally in court…YAHWEH took care of the problem and maybe they learned something.
My cousin is a police officer in my area, so this in no way is a reflection of ill will toward anybody; she historically got after me for not “respecting” our family…what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong…it’s not a matter of feelings and respect is earned, not freely given. I’m indiscriminate.
Just a heads up and to put it on public record my stance in this circumstance.
Kind regards,
Richard Ewert

Subject: C12-01237-22 Citation
Dear Jennifer,
I called about this previously and was given the city attorneys number…I’m not sure if I spoke to you or not. My purpose is primarily to not waste the courts, nor my own, time.
The citation is for a vehicle presumed not to be inspected, despite an inspection sticker in the window stating it was and that it was valid for a few months. If it were my own vehicle, or even one I borrowed from somebody, I’d probably just take the plea deal or what have taken the ticket to the police to inspect that it was taken care of (inspected) and they’d probably drop the citation. In this case, however, I was renting the vehicle from Hertz (to be specific, the one on Niagara Falls Blvd just north of Papa Johns.)
It’s not the first time I’ve rented with Hertz given I’ve been renting with Hertz almost as long as when my vehicle was totaled out in the flood in the area last year…I have all the rental record numbers to validate it.
This particular vehicle is the first that actually had an inspection sticker; given it had NYS plates. All of the other vehicles, including my current one, does not given they have out of state tags (FL primarily). I think in total I’ve had 3 different vehicles; a Chevy spark, the Hyundai in question for which I received the citation, and the current Honda Accord.
When Hertz sold the spark, it was the first time I had to transition into a different car, so I wasn’t familiar with the process, and just reserved for a new one at the NF BLVD location rather than the one I normally rent through in Rochester (Lehigh Station, Caitlin is very familiar with me if you want to call her to verify all of this). I think it was a day or so after that I got the citation, and the officer told me to contact Hertz and they’ll take care of it…I even asked him puzzled why I’m getting the citation when the tag itself showed that the inspection was still valid for a few more months and he said that his computer showed otherwise, that it expired earlier in the year I believe.
So I called Caitlin about it, and figured that was that, and mailed in the ticket pleading not guilty.
When I called the court as mentioned initially and given the city attorneys number…I left them a voicemail and didn’t get a response likewise. I didn’t respond to the plea offer that time, nor am I this time…how could I be liable for the inspection on a vehicle I rented from a company that should hold that responsibility given it’s their vehicle?
I couldn’t find an email address for Edward Zebulske, so I figured I’d give it a shot to email you and let you forward it to him if you prefer. To me it’s just a waste of the courts time and mine to try to persecute me for something I literally had no control over, and didn’t even know was an issue given the current seemingly valid inspection sticker in the window. Eventually the car was recalled a month or so later and taken off the road by hertz (all models throughout the country due to a known, unfixable safety recall) so I don’t drive that one anymore.
Kind regards,
Richard Thomas Ewert
