Thanks Jennifer;
This is definitely a case of retaliation. The ticket shows officer Swick aka Lt. Swick at the time of my arrest on 5/18/23 was the person citing me…I was never pulled over on 11/27/23 and I’ll give him credit for being a little smart with this one given I was most likely picking up a delivery at Submasters at the time (where the ticket is cited for), and I was sure it was him there eating when I came in. That’s how he could have gotten the plate number off my different rental vehicle as I parked right next to his patrol car in the parking lot.
Regardless, there should be body cam footage of the interaction if it had occurred (which it didn’t); which my guess is it won’t exist for various reasons as we didn’t even exchange a “hello” at Submasters.
I have an eidetic memory, and last tested; an IQ of about 156 in the 2000’s. If you want to grapevine it and have them dismiss the ticket; I think it would be in the best interest of officer swick if he wants to keep his job. I do know a number of Ivy League lawyers, and I’m sure I can find more than enough pro bono attorneys that will file all the motions and rip the municipality apart for racketeering etc…
Personally I prefer to handle it cordially and with Christian etiquette.
Kind regards,
