Yes, the notice requires our signature. Once you bring it to us, we will sign it and lift the pending suspension. Since you want to plead not guilty, you can bring it in on a Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. Come to the court clerk’s office and we will sign off on the suspension notice and schedule you for court. That way, you can take care of everything at that time. If you like, I can schedule it now. The next available traffic court dates are April 10, April 17 and April 24.
