My baseline “defense” is immunity from state prosecution, which is granted by the US Constitution (1st amendment freedom of exercise as well as freedom from establishment) as well as the NYS constitution under the equal protection and anti discrimination articles.
I’ve previously held the federal security clearance of high security public trust, which had a much more extensive background check and likewise asserted that very same principle when they investigated a previous employer as part of that investigation where I was wrongfully terminated with accusations made that I threatened management physically when they wrote me up wrongfully in an ongoing effort to terminate my employment with cause to justify not having to pay unemployment; which is fraud.
After conducting the investigation, she (the investigator) came back with her head down stating “women give you a lot of problems, don’t they?”…to which I laughed because she obviously didn’t uncover all of what I had to deal with from the men as well.
Likewise I had to “argue” with a manager at the US Department of Veteran Affairs (where I was a contractor and hence why it was required I held that security clearance) for violating federal laws in regards to time keeping practices (in a call center, the time you report on your time card is the time you login to the computer, not when you login to every program on the computer), to which her and HR likewise tried to condescend me and proclaim I was reporting my time inaccurately, (no write ups as I was within the law), and consequently, as a messianic Jew, they tried to prevent me from taking off on the Holy Days despite being advised months in advance of the time I needed to take off; trying to justify “tardiness” as their justification and citing the 1964&1968 civil rights acts where it states that they can violate religious principles if they cause undo hardship on the company.
Basically, I’m very familiar with discrimination tactics on all levels. My uncle was 1st sergeant military police, and I cross my “t”’s and for my “i”’s.
I was acting in accordance to my civil rights which supersede state laws, statuettes etc…you can find preliminary documentation attached where criminal prosecution as well as civil litigation can be applied to the case. If you want to be dismissive of my civil rights, I will push to have this remanded to the United States District Court, and possibly contact the FBI in regards to the color of law violations (Section 242 title 18) which makes it a crime for police officers and judges to violate the rights of the citizens of the United States under any law. Each public servant takes an oath of office, and to violate the rights of the citizens a violation of that oath; which would require their immediate removal from their respective positions.
I’m a former member of the Apostolic Rock Temple of the Living Elohiym currently located on Niagara Falls Blvd where I even called out the Paqad (pastor) and other “brothers” for breaking the 10 commandments, only to be told “only a black man can understand the 10 commandments” (which is an obvious violation of the 10 commandments in itself given it’s a superficial argument based on skin color rather than merit of the persons character.)
True Christianity hasn’t been Christianity for 1700 years when Emperor Constantine changed the sabbath to SunDay (a literal day to worship the sun); which breaks 2 commandments (no other gods before me and the sabbath). I can prove beyond reasonable doubt that modern Christians aren’t Christian’s and likewise Orthodox Jews aren’t Jews. Having gone to college for engineering, I can likewise disprove evolution theory and the Big Bang theory on purely scientific principles. You can watch my videos on TikTok (obadyah_ is the handle) if you prefer where I have pinned videos that provide a small amount of evidence that support that exact position.
Although the “black Hebrew Israelites” have proven to me that they are the original Israelites, they’re still accountable to the 10 commandments; and they’re not exclusively the only Israelites. You can find a similar sect locally (the twelve tribes), but both seem to have their own prejudice which is why I don’t congregate with either, as to have prejudice is to be a false prophet.
I’m firm with keeping the church and state completely separate…the church is the people, not a place. I am the church as a prophet. I don’t vote nor have I voted in over 23 years…the only time I ever voted was for John Kerry back in 2000 when I was a bit more naive and my girlfriend at the time went to Cornell university.
I hold myself to a higher standard; the traffic infraction caused no harm to person nor property and hence it was not criminal. I provided information at my disposal for the officers, but as indicated in discovery it was a rental car, I didn’t have the rental agreement with me, but if asked I could have provided information to confirm I was the legitimate renter of the vehicle. Given they were not allowing me to assert my first amendment right by providing my common name “Obadyah”, and hence proclaim my immunity from state prosecution given no harm was done to person nor property (which if there had been, I would have taken responsibility as I have always done historically; even with pressure from insurance companies that wanted me to deny fault).
I don’t compromise my integrity for anybody; even under threat of arrest etc…
My life is that free exercise with the very principle of true Christianity being breaking the chains from secular society in favor of YAHWEH’s divinity. There is no Jew, no gentile, no male, no female as his laws are indiscriminate. The world is his footstool, and I’m an alien; not living for this world, but the next as indicated in revelations 21 where there will be a new heaven, a new earth, and a new Jerusalem that descends from the heavens where YAHWEH will live with his people (Elohiym - those obedient to his commandments). Anybody can be “saved”, however John 3:16 believers get tax benefits if they don’t preach against the government. John 4:22 believers will allow themselves to be persecuted for his names sake in civil defense for everybody’s right to live eternally.
John 4:22 - “…salvation is of the Jews”
YahShua came but for the lost sheep of Israel, however it’s through obedience that even the gentiles can be saved per Romans 2.
We hold ourselves to a higher standard…the courts proclaim “under penalty of perjury”, however a saint understands that our obligation is to be honest at all times under penalty of death; as the wages of sin is death.
