Good afternoon Jennifer,
Given I was attempting to assert my Christian aka common law name Obadyah during the traffic stop, and hence the other 1st amendment rights under the free exercise clause to the United States Constitution; if like the court case to update the suit against me to include my Christian name Obadyah.
I did assert with Brian Foster that during the 911 call, I did provide my full legal name as well as drivers license number to validate that I wasn’t refusing to identity, and likewise with Melissa yesterday I asserted my true intent of trying to assert my Christian aka common law name under NYS CVR § 64-a. (4):
Nothing in this article shall be construed to abrogate or alter the common law right of every person, whether married or single, to retain his or her name or to assume a new one so long as the new name is used consistently and without intent to defraud.
I also gave Melissa a heads up of my Myers/Briggs personality type of INTP/INFP (I’m 50/50 on the T/F, which technically puts me as INFP, but there’s times I’m extremely logical, and other times I’m empathetic and more in my natural psychiatrist dynamic.) INTP’s are also known to be professors, lawyers etc…people they proclaim to have had this personality include Einstein, Newton etc…
I’m having fun so far; hopefully you are too. I have 2 2” binders full of just the law, let alone the binders full of case law. I’m intrigued and curious to see how Heather wants to play the game.
