For Corfu, New York...this was the second time that the police failed to acknowledge their oath of office. Given the blatant ignorance from the North Tonawanda incident, instead of asking questions about the officers oath of office, I told him directly what laws he was violating and he proceeded in action anyway under the presumption that he had the authority. Keep in mind that as the church, I have no animosity toward anybody, however anybody that is disobedient to YAHWEH and his 10 commandments are considered children of HaShatan, and I have the full right to rebuke devils (aka defend myself). The secular state has no authority over the church, and hence...without my consent...they have no authority. I asked the officer if he had body cam footage to which he said he didn't, and hence I made the video to show how my rights were violated as evidence...should the case go to trial. Given he proceeded in action and failed to protect my rights; he lost his immunity.

There's only been a limited few times where my rights were blatantly violated by the Police. In the Raw Body Cam Footage from North Tonawanda, I clearly was asserting my rights and the police were blatantly ignoring the 1st amendment separation of church and state. They were trying to force me to commit blasphemy, and because they refused to listen; they committed a multitude of misdemeanors, felonies, and capital offences over a minor traffic infraction; which isn't a crime. I was falsely arrested, coerced, harassed, assaulted, stolen from, etc etc etc...while they wanted to try to proclaim that I'm a sovereign citizen. The People have supreme sovereignty, and as The People; they never had my consent to exercise authority over me...but they tried.
The case went to court, and you can read about it here. |
In this interaction, ironically I was pulled over for a seat belt VTL infraction by the State Police. If you watch a lot of my videos, it's apparent that I don't normally nor have I ever really worn a seat belt based on a decision I made in the 90's via analysis of the actual safety of wearing a seat belt versus not wearing a seat belt. I'm also of the GenX generation that use to ride in the back of pickup trucks and do a lot of things that, in the country, were exceptionally common and normally overlooked by the police. This if the first time in my life I was pulled over exclusively for a seat belt violation, which makes me wonder if he actually saw me without a seat belt, or if he watched my videos and this was retaliation. Either way, I have 1st amendment immunity, and he refused to listen to what he was being told, and hence lost his immunity.
